Some may legitimately say that we can not thank enough to AdBlock Plus, the company who worked for the ad blocking soft that most of us have integrated into our personal computers or mobile devices. However, when it comes to mobile devices, the situation is a little bit different, since AdBlock Plus has been removed from the Android run mobile gadgets. And that happened nearly 2 years ago. Anyway, we have some good news. According to the most recent info on the matter of the ad blocking software, it looks like AdBlock Plus comes back to save the ad stuffed day.
Following a period of two years in which the ad blocking soft was removed from Android, ABlock Plus is ready for a long expected comeback. And it is doing it in style.
On Wednesday, the company behind AdBlock Plus has announced the introduction of the AdBlock Browser. And it is exactly what its name says it is: a web browser designed in order to keep the users comfortably distant from the annoying, irritating ads that can ruin your web surfing.
The AdBlock Browser will have the Adblock Plus technology integrated into it. In concordance to what was expected, Google has not yet made the AdBlock Browser available for download through Google Play. Still, the AdBlock Plus company has uploaded a version of their new ad free browser, which is still in the beta phase, on a Google + group. You can download it from there and then follow the indicated steps in order to successfully install it on your mobile device.
AdBlock Plus has said in a statement that they are working on an iOS version of the new ad free browser. They have added that such a version of the app designed for the Apple mobile devices could get live soon.
What AdBlock Browser basically does is to block all the annoying ads. What are the annoying ads, you may ask. AdBlock Browser sees them as ads that fail to meet the requirements which offer a specific ad the status of `acceptable ad`.
So it will not get rid of all the ads by default, as you may find some of the ads helpful. At least, not irritating. But you have the option of blocking all the ads on all the websites, you just have to turn a setting on in the AdBlock Browser.
