A high intake of processed sugars can put so much pressure on the liver that it may lose its ability to produce insulin. What should we eat?
There is no way to give up all of the foods that contain added sugar or salt, but you can moderate your consumption. The doctors advise the American people to eat more fruit instead of sweet treats, more vegetables with their meals and drink more water instead of carbonated drinks.
