New Microsoft’s website debuted to count the users looking to switch from Mac book to Surface Pro
Some time back it was Apple who was seen competing Windows for the MAC platform but the time has changed now. Microsoft has to win the race with surface pro hybrid computers.
For the reason, Microsoft released a new website called “Making the switch: MacBook to Surface Pro 3” Which helps its users to switch to latest generation of surface pro 3.
The guide is divided into four sections explaining the basics of windows 8.1 and how to use surface pro 3 with Apple service products.
A section is devoted to the windows unique features while the other section is dedicated to viruses that notes “most computers, including Macs, can get malware,” and protection against such malwares.
The new website is simply the part of the campaign against Apple’s MacBook Air. The ads gain the advantage of the Surface Pro 3 over the MacBook Air, including its tablet-style touchscreen capabilities, removable keyboard, integrated kickstand, and Bluetooth stylus.
Though the campaign has been running for months but still it is unclear that how well the efforts are going. But despite of all these efforts, Microsoft’s strategy looks to be in vein with NFL announcers continuing to call the Surface an “iPad” — despite a sponsorship deal worth hundreds of millions of dollars — while news anchors on CNN continued to use their iPads even as Surface devices sat on the table in front of them.
