California Man Arrested for Stalking Ex-Girlfriend, Hacking Her Online Accounts

June 19, 2018 By June Harris

cyberstalkin

California man arrested for calling his ex 4000 times and sending 300 text messages.

On Thursday, Thousand Oaks Police Department took a 33-year-old California man into custody. The man was charged with cyberstalking after an unidentified female complained about having discovered that the suspect hacked all her online accounts. Authorities declared that the suspect flooded the woman with calls and emails since they broke up in 2016.

California Man Forced Victim to Move From Moorpark to Thousand Oaks

Meet Raul Plancarte-Hernandez, a 33-year-old North Hills resident. Mr. Plancarte-Hernandez recently had a little eye-to-eye ‘talk’ with the authorities about his obsession with a 38-year-old unidentified woman from Moorpark.

According to the authorities, at the beginning of the week, the woman contacted the police to complain about Plancarte-Hernandez’s behavior. The victim said that she and the suspect used to form a couple. Apparently, they’ve dated for a while in 2016, but, as luck has it, she decided to go on, while he couldn’t live with her decision.

Since the big breakup, Plancarte-Hernandez has been actively harassing the woman. The authorities estimated that over the past two years, the California man sent the woman 4,000 text messages and called her at least 300 times. She also told the police that the time of day didn’t really matter to Plancarte-Hernandez.

Regrettably, the California man didn’t stoop to stalking. When the woman blocked his caller ID, Plancarte-Hernandez hacked all the woman’s online account, including her PayPal, Apple ID, iCloud, and her email address.

After a while, the California man started sending her threatening messages. When the woman couldn’t take it anymore, she moved from Moorpark to Thousands Oaks just to get away from the individual. It didn’t work.

Conclusion

And so, on the 7th of June, the police arrested the California man. According to a police spokesperson, the suspect was found in front of the woman’s house.

California Man Sentenced to Death for Torturing Child, Making Him Eat Cat Feces

June 8, 2018 By Carol Harper

execution chamber

The California man was sentenced to death for the 2013 murder of his girlfriend’s son.

On Thursday, a California court found Isauro Aguirre guilty of torturing his girlfriend’s son to death. The man was sentenced to death. Pearl Fernandez, Aguirre’s girlfriend, received life in prison without parole sentence. More charges will follow, authorities declared.

California Man Forced Child to Sleep While Tied and Gagged

George Lomeli, the Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge, declared during Aguirre’s sentencing that what he and Fernandez did to 8-year-old Gabriel Fernandez was “evil” and “beyond animalistic.”

According to court documents, on the 22nd of May 2013, Pearl Fernandez called 911 to report that Gabriel, her son, lost consciousness and was no longer breathing.

An ambulance took Gabriel to the hospital. He would pass away two days later. The coroner determined that the 8-year-old boy died due to blunt trauma to the head.

Fernandez and Aguirre initially told the authorities that the boy lost consciousness after hitting his head against a kitchen counter. However, the homicide detectives managed to uncover the painful truth.

According to the authorities, Aguirre’s obsession with Gabriel’s sexual orientation fueled his homicidal leanings. Gabriel’s siblings told the authorities that the California man and his mother would often force him to go to school dressed like a girl.

Because Aguirre thought that Pearl’s was gay, he beat him, shot him with BB gun pellets, and would, at times, force him to eat cat feces. Moreover, as the prosecution noted, Gabriel would be bound and gagged at night and forced to sleep in a small closet.

When he was brought to the hospital, Gabriel had several broken ribs, scorch marks, and a skull fracture.

Conclusion

Superior Court Judge Lomeli announced after Aguirre’s sentencing that Patricia Clement and Stephanie Rodriguez, the social workers in charge of Gabriel, could also face legal consequences.

Tennessee Man Stops Woman From Stabbing Wife by Squiring Ketchup on Her

June 7, 2018 By Marlene R. Litten

ketchup

Tennessee man managed to save his wife by squirting ketchup on the home invader.

Apparently, ketchup doesn’t only go well with greasy fries or burgers; it’s also a great way to save a loved one’s life. A Tennessee man managed to stop this angry neighbor from stabbing his wife by squirting ketchup on her. Authorities are still trying to figure out why the woman attacked the couple.

Woman Got Angry After Man ‘Attacked’ Her with Ketchup Bottle

According to Murfreesboro authorities, the incident, which reportedly occurred on the 31st of May, involved Shalonda Latrice Shepard, a woman who apparently had a beef with her next-door neighbors.

The man told the authorities that at 2:45 a.m., Shalonda knocked on their front door. When the two opened the door to see who it is, the angry women threw a bowl of sugar at the Tennessee man’s wife.

She then took out a knife and assaulted his wife. While Shalonda was stabbing his wife, the man went to the kitchen to retrieve something he could use to fight off the berserk neighbor.

Now, instead of a grabbing a knife or some blunt instrument, the man grabbed a bottle of ketchup and returned to where his wife was struggling with Shalonda.

According to the police report, after the individual emptied the bottle’s contents on Shalonda, the woman stopped stabbing his wife, looked straight at him and told them that ‘she’ll take care of them.’ Shalonda left the house and returned to her apartment.

The Tennessee man called the authorities who assessed the woman’s condition before transporting her to the hospital. Fortunately, the wounds were non-life-threatening. The ER doctors said that the woman had cuts on her stomach, back, and left elbow.

Conclusion

Shalonda was taken into custody later that day and charged with criminal trespass and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Springfield Woman Obit Takes a Wrong Turn As Children Wrote That She Won’t Be Missed

June 6, 2018 By Denise Ehrlich

graves

Two children abandoned by a Springfield woman used obituary to tell the world about their mother.

Obituaries should be heartfelt testimonies to how the deceased passed through life and how she or he touched others’ lives. However, two siblings slightly altered their mother’s obituary to let the world know just how much the woman ‘mattered’ to them. Apparently, the Springfield woman bought a one-way ticket to Hell when she chose to abandon her children.

Springfield Woman Abandoned Children to Live with Husband’s Brother

On the 31st of May 2018, Kathleen Dehmlow (Schunk) passed away at the venerable age of 80. Mother of two and ‘loving’ wife, the late Mrs. Dehmlow has parted this world with more baggage than anyone could imagine, as Gina and Jay, her children, wrote in her Redwood Gazette obituary.

The obituary starts on a lighter note – Mrs. Dehmlow was born on the 19th of March 1938 in Wabasso, to parents Gertrude and Joseph Schunk. It goes on saying that the Springfield woman married Dennis Dehmlow, her first husband, in 1957.

While in Wabasso, Mrs. Dehmlow, the loving mother, and caring wife gave birth to two loving children – Gina and Jay.

Nothing wrong about Mrs. Dehmlow’s obituary so far. However, the next part, as shocking as it would appear, captures the sibling’s struggle with Kathleen’s notion of family.

As Gina and Jay wrote, their dear departed mother, left her husband in 1962, shortly after becoming pregnant with Lyle Dehmlow, Dennis’ brother.  After their mother left, Gina and Jay were raised by Dennis and Kathleen’s parents.

Conclusion

The last part of Kathleen’s obituary seems to surmise what her family thought about the woman. Gina and Jay wrote that their ‘beloved’ mother passed at the end of May 2018 and that she will soon face divine judgment.

The sibling ended the obituary by writing that no one’s going to miss the woman.

Nebraska Mom Breastfed Infant While Intoxicated with Alcohol

Last week, 34-year-old Ashley Bean was taken into custody and charged with child abuse.

According to Captain Ben Houchin of Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, the woman turned herself in on Wednesday, confessing to the accidental death of Axel, her 3-week-old son.

Based on police documents. Mrs. Bean has been under police scrutiny since December.

Captain Houchin said that on the 17th of December 2017, the Nebraska mom dialed 911 to report that her son stopped breathing.

After responders failed to resuscitate the child, he was airlifted to Omaha’s Children’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Death was pronounced several hours later. An autopsy ruled Axel’s death as a homicide.

According to Bean’s affidavit, on the night of Axel’s death, his mother consumed a large amount of alcohol before returning home. Mrs. Bean told the authorities that she breastfed her son that night.

At one point, she realized that the child was no longer breathing, panicked, and called 911. A field sobriety test indicated that Bean’s blood alcohol level was .190.

Conclusion

During a recent press conference, Captain Houchin declared that the Nebraska mom intentionally asphyxiated her child.

Furthermore, the Sherriff’s Office captain clarified that it was never a co-sleeping issue.

Following Mrs. Bean’s confession, she was arrested and charged with child abuse.

If sentenced, she could serve up to three years in prison and 18 months supervision. The Nebraska mom could also be ordered to pay a $10,000 fine in addition to the prison time.
