Disturbing Images Discovered on Phone Belonging to Florida Man
A Marion County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson declared that 47-year-old Vincent Terry was recently arrested and charged with second-degree murder. The man is suspected of killing and hiding his wife’s body.
On the 8th of January, Terry called the authorities and declared that his wife ran away from home. Allegedly, the woman left in such a hurry that she forgot her cell phone, purse, and the medication she was taking.
The authorities discovered that the man’s statements might be false, after discovering a message on Chrystal’s cell phone. Terry told the investigators that his wife left in a hurry at around 9:30 a.m. without her phone but, two hours later, the woman wrote a friend to call the police and to come and pick her up.
Further investigations revealed that Terry’s phone contained disturbing pictures depicting a naked woman, most likely his ‘missing wife,’ with a swollen face and what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The Florida man denied killing his wife and told the authorities that she took pictures of his wife while she was sleeping to show her how she looks like after taking drugs.
Despite cadaver dogs being unable to discovered anything in the vicinity of Terry’s home, forensic experts detected faint traces of blood in the house which the man probably tried to wash off after committing the murder.
Vincent was later taken into custody and formally charged with second-degree murder, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, and 53 other counts related to ammunition.
