
Tech company HTC will postpone Fitness Grip Band to a later date this year, given the company’s decision to a launch a bigger portfolio of health care products. The announcement was made public on the company’s official website together with some of the technical specifications that customers should expect to see in their new product.
HTC has initially promised its customers that they will benefit of the new Fitness Grip Band and its attractive specifications during the summer months. However, the company has now decided to introduce the new product at a later date this year, a decision that was made in collaboration with their product developers at Under Armour.
HTC’s spokespersons further explained that the decision to launch the wrist band came after various tests have been performed on the said model. Developer have, thus, found out that it will be better for them and for the company, in general, to include the Fitness Grip Band in their portfolio that is to be launched somewhere at the end of the year.
The producer did not mention any other details in relation to their new products, except for the fact that it will be created in collaboration with Under Armour, a highly renowned clothes and accessories producer. HTC guarantees that the new series of health products will be a “state-of-the art” portfolio.
There isn’t much left to be said about the new smart band, except for the fact that it has been provided with GPS signal and it is compatible with many devices that work on Android 4.3, iOS 7 and the later versions. Users, who want to upload files on the small gadget, will be able to do so due to its 8MP and 16MP storage capacities.
