
Following a week-long investigation, Kansas City police officials managed to identify and arrest an illegal Mexico immigrant who gunned down several people. Among the victims was Russell Fisk, a popular tattoo artist, who was discovered dead inside his car.
Illegal Mexico Immigrant Arrested Four Times by Border Patrol Agents
On Thursday, authorities zeroed down on Arnoldo Pompa-Rascon, an undocumented immigrant, who allegedly shot three people, killing one.
Based on the police report, the illegal Mexico immigrant shot his first victim at the beginning of the week.
The victim, later identified as 30-year-old Russell Fisk, a Black Card Tattoo employee and popular tattoo artist. Fisk’s body was found in his BMW, with a single gunshot wound to the head.
After gunning down Fisk, Pompa-Rascon, who was driving a silver sedan, rode to Clay County, where he assaulted another man.
According to the authorities, Pompa-Rascon approached the individual and asked him something in Spanish. The victim walked away, as he did not understand Pompa-Rascon’s question.
The illegal Mexico immigrant opened fire, wounding the man in the leg. His victim returned fire, but it’s not clear if the aggressor was hit.
A second victim was struck in the chest by the illegal Mexico immigrant while riding his motorcycle.

On Thursday, around noon, a homeowner contacted the authorities to report that someone was attempting to steal his car. The man declared that he saw Pompa-Rascon’s silver sedan in front of his house.
The individual was taken into custody shortly after being held at gunpoint by the homeowner.
During his police interview, Pompa-Rascon declared that he shot all those people because the voices inside his head told him to do it. More than that, the individual told the detectives that his ‘magic’ gun wouldn’t go off if his victim was a ‘good person.’
