The Minnesota authorities have had to deal with a most peculiar case of work-related harassment. A 47-year-old man from Minneapolis has been taken into custody and charged after they’ve learned that the suspect has been urinating in a co-worker’s water bottle.
Minnesota Man Said Woman Restaurant Worker Refused His Advances
Last week, the Minnesota authorities arrested 47-year-old Conrrado Perez, a restaurant work, who, reportedly, harassed a female co-worker on more than one occasion, after the woman refused his sexual advances.
According to the Minnesota authorities, the whole things came to light following a workplace harassment complaint filed back in October 2017 by Perez’s co-worker. The woman told the authorities that soon after leaving the room where she left her water bottle, she would return only to find that the water inside tasted like urine.
She added that this happened on more than one occasion. Following the woman’s complaint, the authorities arrested Perez and charged him with adulterine a substance with bodily fluid.
During his police interview, the 47-year-old Minneapolis resident admitted urinating in his co-worker’s water bottle but did not do it because the woman refused his advances. According to Perez, his work’s in the restaurant’s kitchen was very demanding and would often keep him away from the bathroom.
As a result, the man merely used the woman’s water bottle because he could not leave the kitchen. However, the woman’s statements paint an entirely different picture – ever since she refused Perez’s advances, it would appear that the man has been tormenting her.
Conclusion
The facts, in this case, are far from being clear, the authorities still investigating the woman’s claims. Following Perez’s arrest, the prosecutors have ordered DNA tests to determine if the man’s outrageous gesture was a one-time thing or not.
