At the beginning of the week, the authorities arrested 19-year-old Parker Hogan in connection with the suicide of Michael Buskey, his roommate.
According to the authorities, Hogan is suspected of having facilitated Buskey’s suicide by providing him with a firearm and pen and paper for his suicide letter.
Based on the suspect’s affidavit, Hogan was well aware of the fact that his roommate was struggling with depression.
However, as the authorities revealed, the 19-year-old man was lately pondering suicide as he was expected to show up in court. Buskey was afraid of going to prison.
As Hogan revealed, several days before Buskey committed suicide, he helped him research suicide methods such as gun angles.
The day before Buskey’s suicide, the New Hampshire man brought a firearm home and went to the woods with him for target practice.
The next day, Buskey went alone into the woods but not before instructing Hogan to give the farewell letter to his mother and to contact the authorities.
According to Hogan’s confession, the New Hampshire man left the house to search for his roommate after hearing a loud bang.
Apparently, Hogan collected the items from the crime scene and returned to his apartment. He told the authorities that Buskey was holding a cellphone with a song on repeat. Hogan called the authorities and Buskey’s father the following dead.
