
As PlayStation is growing in popularity, despite almost everybody thinking it couldn’t get any more popular, Sony has decided to honor the requests of a large section of their fan base. So, in order to please their western fans, new PS4 titles in 2016 to feature ‘Tales of Berseria’, ‘God Eater’, ‘JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure’, and more.
Tales of Berseria
We begin our list with the most recent installment of the ‘Tales’ series.
After the fifteenth game in the series, ‘Tales of Zestiria’ brought us the story of Sorey, the sixteenth installment will bring us the story of Velvet.
Velvet used to be a peaceful, kind, young woman, who after going through a series of traumatic events ends up filled with rage and hatred. She develops a demonic left hand, and will be joined by a ‘Light’ counterpart to her ‘Darkness’.
God Eater
Fans will be rejoiced to hear that not only will ‘God Eater 2: Rage Burst’ be coming to PS4, but also a remastered version of the first game, now entitled ‘God Eater: Resurrection’.
‘God Eater’ follows the story of an elite group of Aragami hunters, called the God Eaters, who fight to protect mankind from an alien threat called Oracle Cells, which are attempting to consume all life on Earth, in the form of Earth-shattering monsters.
Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven
The increasingly popular manga and anime franchise is getting a PS4 game, with Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven becoming available to western fans.
The game is similar in gameplay to the ‘Naruto‘ games recently developed by Bandai Namco, allowing players to use character from throughout all the arcs of the series.
It’s going to be a fun, versus, fighting game, giving players the ability to put the characters’ most flashy and powerful attacks to the test.
Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs-Force and more
‘Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs-Force’ won’t be coming to PS4, but fans can still rejoice to know that it’s coming to the PS Vita exclusively.
You will be allowed to pilot the epic mobile suits, as well as engage in two vs. two battles, as well as engaging team battles.
Other titles such as ‘Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom’ and ‘Ace Combat 7’ will also make a debut on the PS4, at the behest of scores of fans.
Another big fan favorite will hit the digital shelves in 2016, with ‘One Piece: Burning Blood’ launching next year for multiple platforms, including PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
